This one's for the children
October 10, 1971 - The expression on the face of the last little girl always makes me laugh. She doesn't seem to realize that she is sitting next to John Lennon. I think she just wanted to get the photo over with so she could play.

Hey Grandude!
I love these photos of Paul reading his new children's book to a group of kids -- I just wonder if those kids realize what a big deal it is that they are listening to Paul McCartney!

Paul and the boy scouts
Here's a group of people who met Paul McCartney and didn't think anything of it at the time! Paul's Boy Scout (which I am sure they aren't called the Boy Scouts in Britain) troop. If you are having problems finding out Paulie, look in the third row second kid in. There he is! This photo is being sold at the Liverpool Beatles auction this summer. It is worth checking out their page because they always auction off the coolest Beatles stuff!

Kiddo
There has been a lot of Ringo bashing going on in the world of facebook and social media lately. Yes, Ringo can be a grouch and comes across at times like that old man that yells "keep off my lawn!" However, Ringo is also a very kind and loving man. I think this photo, taken not too long ago, really shows that.

Have a happy Easter!
Dear Beatles friends,
It is my favorite time of year once again....Easter! A lot of people love Christmas and the Christmas season, but I adore Easter and the beginning of spring. Being a born again Christian, I celebrate Easter because it is the most important day in my beliefs. I enjoy spending the day at church. I love the worship service as well as seeing all the adorable children dressed in their new Easter dresses and suits. But it is also my favorite time to refresh your life. Things just seem brighter and cleaner at Easter to me. And I desperately need some refreshing in my life at this moment. I am on "spring break" at work for the next five days and I figured it would be a good idea for me to take a small break from the blog and many of my other online activities and enjoy my favorite holiday and the people in my life and not concern myself with the online world for a bit. I should be back to my regular schedule of rare and exciting Beatles photos by Wednesday.
Have a great holiday!!!!

Friendship First
This is so cute! I love their McCartney concerts tees. Once again I want Paul McCartney to come to my school. Although my school district has been getting bad press lately, so maybe once all that dies down he will want to visit. I think too much about this stuff.
