Your Mother Should Know

 Happy Mother's Day to all of the Moms out there.  I know the U.K. celebrated this day a few months ago, but I am in the United States and so I celebrate today.   Of course, I think Mothers should be celebrated all year.    

I wanted to share photos of the Moms (or Mums if you will) that are part of the Beatles' story because they were/are romantically involved with one of the guys and either had a child with that guy or had children before meeting him (or in Jane / Maureen's case -- after).    I tried to get all of the children with their mothers, but I wasn't able to find everyone.  I know that I am missing a few of the kids.

Look who is now 18!

October 28, 2003 -- B. McCartney was born today!  18 years have gone by so far and B has grown to be a creative, artistic, and unique person.   Best wishes to B for a great year!

Part of running this blog is to share photographs of not just their individual members of the Beatles, but also their wives and children.     However, with Paul's youngest child being a minor, several places have been told by MPL to remove any current photos of B.     I respect the child's privacy and I rarely post photos, although I do keep up to date on what is going on in the teen's life.    I wanted to wish B a very happy birthday.   I am glad to see that the 16 year old is involved in musical theater and seems to be a happy and healthy teen.    Best wishes for a great year! 

Tomorrowland

I am gearing up for a trip to Walt Disney World next month and that got me looking in my files for photos of the Beatles at a Disney Park and I re-found this gem from 2012.   Bea and Paul on the Tomorrowland Speedway  (thank you for the correction)

Paul has five kids:  Heather, Mary, Stella, James, and Bea.    Each of them is unique and talented in his/her own way.    Paul raised a great group and he has a lot to be proud of.

Sporting events

I love the photos that show Paul and his family enjoy a sporting event just like anyone else.  There in the background are always people who thought they were just going to see a game and end up spending the time behind Sir Paul McCartney and his family.  How could you pay attention to anything else?
