I had the time of my life...

Do you spot anyone that looks familar in this group of dancers?   Look to the right side of the photo and you will see our very own Ringo dancing one summer at Bultins.      Ringo always enjoyed a night of dancing!

Shall we dance?

I was unsure about that photo I posted last week if it showed George dancing with Olivia.   However, this one I am 100% sure that this shows George and Olivia dancing.   It sort of reminds me of when John and Yoko were waltzing to "I me Mine" in the Let it Be film.

Dancing at Sibyllas

The question has been asked for many, many years:   Is Paul McCartney in this photograph?   It was taken at the opening of Sibyllas nightclub in 1966.

I found a great article about Sibyllas online.   Just don't pay attention to the Paul is Dead stuff elsewhere on the sight (unless you are into that).

Boogie Nights

Ringo was enjoying a night of dancing at the Peppermint Lounge but when it was time to leave, he was attacked by a teenage fan.   Well....he wasn't attacked in the way that he was hurt or anything.   but it sure looked like it shocked him.

Let's Kick!

Here the Beatles are performing the "Let's Kick" dance along with Lionel Blair when they appeared on the Blackpool Night out TV program in 1965.

I have no idea what the "Let's Kick" dance is about.  Ringo seems to be getting into it.   John is no where to be found (John always did dislike dancing, didn't he?).   Paul is flirting with the ladies in the bonnets and George is skipping and not kicking.   They sure made the Beatles do some silly things in the 1960's.

Waltzing with Olivia

From one of the stories I posted earlier this year, we now know that this photo shows George and Olivia dancing to a song from George's album 33 1/3 from when he was in Chicago promoting the album.
