Meeting fans

March 29, 1969 -  On this date, John and Yoko  met some fans from the Dutch Beatles Fan Club.  Here you see John signing the copy of their fan club newsletter, Chains.    I saw this signed fan magazine on display at the Beatles Museum in Alkkmar in 2017.

Vh1 Storytellers signing event

 October 21, 1998

Remember when Ringo used to sign autographs?  He even held events like this one from time to time.  Here he is at a Tower Records, signing "Vh1 Storytellers Cds" for Foturnate fans.   Did any of you meet him there?

Difficult days

 March 24, 1988

I don't know about anyone else, but I think Ringo and Barb photos from 1988 are just difficult to see.  (Although it is nice to see Ringo with his step-son)

The Fan Club reception

December 17, 1967 -

George and John attended a reception for all of the UK area secretaries for the Beatles Fan Club in London.   The secretaries were treated to an early showing of the Magical Mystery Tour film and the Shea Stadium film.    They were given the Magical Mystery Tour EP and the 1967 Christmas record.  But  the best part of the gathering was when George and John showed up and signed an autograph for each of them and posed for photographs.   What an amazing gift to those fans!
