I searched Lewis Garlick / Mrs. Lewis Garlick - Bioelectrol Foundation of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and found nothing. Of course, there is a College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia, but does anyone know how she was associated w Columbia U? And in what capacity was John working closely w Mrs. Garlick? What were they working on? All I could find on 'bioelectrol' was about Algae and Coronary Artery Disease. This is all very strange. What am I missing here??
