Congratulations to the lucky couple

Boo!  I tried to win the copyright to this photo so that it could be online for all to see.   It wasn't meant to be. 



The lucky couple is whoever these people are who are posing with John Lennon!   Do you think this is a wedding photo?  (The bride wore black?).   I do not know the story behind the photo and sure would love to know more!   John  had a photo shoot in 1975 where he wore that hat and clothing and necklace.   So I would guess it was taken that same day.   Amazing!    This photo is on ebay right now.

    They look awfully young. My guess is that it was some sort of formal event. Perhaps a prom.

      I was about to agree with you, but the girl behind definitely looks like a bridesmaid. And, you know, people used to get married alot younger than they do now (my parents married at 20 years old, for instance, in 1969).

      The bride wearing black, hmmmm, maybe she's just trying to be different. Also, I know my mom (who was pregnant with me when they got married), refused to wear white, so maybe it's one of those "in the family way" type scenarios!

      Either way, unbelievable picture, what a mystery!!!

      Hey....if any site is going to find out what the deal is with this pic, it's THIS one! We just have to be patient!
