Some photos of the boys when they were in Jersey in August of 1963 and were sunbathing and swimming while meeting some fortunate fans who were also holidaying in Jersey.   That is Ringo hiding under the towel.

I would think that in August 1963, it was a little easier for the Beatles to hang out by the pool than it would be a year later. However, they still were noticed by some young girls in Jersey. How fun it would have been to have gone swimming with the Beatles!
