Christine meets the Beatles part 4: 1986

Yes, I have found yet another installment of the series of Christine meets the Beatles.   This one comes from the 1995 issue 12 of Tokyo Beatles Fan club magazine.  The year is 1986 and Christine and Sylvia have became regulars outside of the MPL offices, so much so that Paul and Linda now recognize them.

Christine asked for all of her photos and stories to be removed.  7/5/13

What a disappointment.  I was really enjoying her stories and had purchased more magazines.

Christine's Beatles adventures in 1985

More from Christine's time meeting the Beatles in 1980's.  This year is 1985 and she meets Paul and Ringo before the year ends.   This is from issue number 11 from 1995 of the Tokyo Beatles Fan Club Magazine.

What a shame.  I was really enjoying her photos and stories and I know others were as well.

Christine and the Beatles in 1987

Tonight I have more from the ongoing series from the Tokyo Beatles Fan Club magazine of Christine Gattiker's time when she saw or met one or more of the Beatles.   This time the year is 1987 and Christine goes to the Prince Trust Concert, talks to Paul outside MPL and is in the audience when Paul is on the Wogan program.   Christine has been one lucky Beatle fan over the years!  This is part 8 and it was found in the 1996 issue 15 of the Tokyo Beatles fan Club magazine.

This is heartbreaking.

Meeting Paul in London 1981

This story first appeared in the Tokyo Beatles Fan Club Magazine. It can be found in Issue No. 4 from the Spring of 1992. It was written by a fan, Christine Gattiker, who is from Switzerland. She wrote many stories of meeting the Beatles in the 1980's that appeared in the Tokyo Beatles Fan Club Magazine. This is the first one.

Christine has asked that all of her stories and photos be removed from this blog. 7/5/13
I wish I could explain in words how much it upsets me when things like this are asked of me.  I don't even understand it myself.   I am trying to do a good thing for Beatle fans.   I guess I am just too sensitive and take things too personally.
