Skinny Dipping

 John, Yoko, Sean, and Julian attended a picnic held by Sari Dienes (an artist who was an old friend of Yoko) in Pomona, New York. The man in the photo next to John is Rip Hayman.    Right after this photo was taken of John and Rip, John went skinny dipping for the first time.  

The photographer on Facebook says that he took the photos in 1979, but I am sure that he was mistaken. From the look of John's glasses, it was 1976. We know that Julian was visiting his Dad in July-August of that year, so this photo must have been taken during the summer of 1976.   The photographer also says that Julian's mom was at the picnic, too.   I am not sure if by "mom," he means "step-mom" (Yoko) or his mother, Cynthia.
