Looks like Ringo as Emmanuel the Mexican gardener in "Candy". A buddy and I saw this movie in a Dallas theater shortly after it was released, probably in very early 1969 when I was 17. I wanted to see Ringo in his new film. I'm surprised that I was able to get inside to see it at that age, considering the plot and the explicit scenes. I couldn't believe that so many great actors appeared in such a bizarre film in roles you'd never expect them to play. I'm talking Marlon Brando, Richard Burton, Walter Matthau, the great director John Huston and even the former "Gomez Addams" John Astin (who played Candy's father). I remember walking out of the theater at the end, wondering exactly what it was that I'd just seen!
