This photo was taken by my friend Lucy on October 9th, 1968, when he was leaving EMI Studios. We had sent gifts, two small cakes and a card that said "Happy Birthday Jesus" (a joke, of course!) through Kevin on the 8th and asked him to hand them to John after midnight. He is holding the cakes and wearing the orange scarf I made for him (crochet). It was very long and I have a photo of him wearing it another day, outside Apple. What a thrill!
