The Beatles played the Hollywood Bowl on August 29 and 30, 1965. As I am sure you all are aware of, some songs from these shows showed up on the "Beatles live at the Hollywood Bowl" album (which has never been released on CD).
Live At The Hollywood Bowl is being released September 9th 2016!!!. To coincide with Ron Howard's Movie "Eight Days A Week: The Touring Years". It's the original album new cover art, fully remastered with 4 bonus previously unreleased songs from The Beatles Three appearances at the Bowl in 1964 and 1965. I wish they would release the full concerts, but it's cool I'm just glad it's finally coming out.
I know! It is exciting for sure! I have been waiting forever for Hollywood Bowl to be re-released and the day has finally came. Sure---it could be better, but I am happy with whatever they give us.
