I have posted my fair share of photos taken by fans outside of the WFiL studios in Philadelphia of John Lennon when he was there raising money for charity. But here are some photos taken by the staff of the radio station inside of the studios. I like the photo of the people answering the phones. I would bet that John stopped by and talked to them as well. John is holding up some money in the color photos.

ReplyDeleteWhere's Yoko?
ReplyDeleteYoko was home in New York, pregnant with Sean. John rode the Amtrack train from New York down to Philly totally alone. This event was one of most interesting John during the mid-late 1970's!
