Sorry girls but that isn't really Ringo
Wow...these girls sure looks like they are hugging the real Ringo Starr and not just a creepy wax dummy of him (I basically think all wax figures are pretty creepy and yet I can't stop looking at them for some reason).

New York World's Fair

As a Disney fan, the New York World's Fair that took place in 1964-1965 has always interested me. Mostly because that is where my all time favorite Disney ride (and yes I am serious), It's a Small World, was first presented. Being that the World's Fair took place in the middle of Beatlemania, it isn't shocking that there are a few minor Beatle connections. In 1964, the Beatles were presented with some stuffed fish from the Florida representation at the World's Fair during their New York press conference and in 1965, they flew over the World's Fair in a helicopter prior to the Shea Stadium concert.
At the fair itself, there was some wax figures of the Beatles and Ed Sullivan on display as part of the International Way Museum. I have to admit that I find these to be a bit creepy, although it is interesting!
