1964. Cant imagine Brian was happy with this interview, for many reasons,. The comments gave fans every indication back then that these guys were in reality not the smiley lil mop tops content to have no controversial opinions.
I guess they assumed their fans didn't read Playboy magazine. But of course Beatle fans will get their hands on anything related to the Beatles and read it!
Obviously their fans didnt read Playboy. I was referring to the interviewer asking them about the "homosexual problem" and the general tone of that specific conversation.
