When Paul and Linda got married in March 1969 there were no screaming mobs. If John, George and Ringo were so burnt out they could have called it a day three years earlier. Sick of them being portrayed as victims.
They used to be surprised at fans turning up at EMI even though it wasnt commonly known when the session started. Just cannot imagine what a ZOO it wouldve been if social media etc existed then.

DeleteTouring and screaming mobs ended in 1966. This was 1969. Less Paul not being burnt out but more him not forgetting where they came from.
