    1. Agree - they look so happy, healthy and fit too. Being a longtime fan I like it that even tho he enjoys his smokes and wine, he is no longer heavy duty on the pot and ciggie smoking and drinking that he did during his first marriage. Cheers to this couple.

    2. Paul turned to drinking when he fell into a deep depression after the Beatles broke up. I believe he stopped after Stella was born, perhaps even earlier. Yes at the time, he did smoke a lot of weed, but he didn't take hard drugs. Regarding cigarettes, I did read that he began to slow down by mid - seventies. On the other hand, living in the country side, going vegetarian, doing what he loved best (music), and surrounded with so much love, made up for his cannabis addiction. Having said all this, I'm glad that Paul has found happiness again with Nancy, and is living a healthy active life. 💕

    4. Re the 4/12 at 1:24 pm - saw Paul high too many times from '69 and during the 70's which was upsetting to me so don't agree that his country living and so on " made up " for his addiction. I'm glad he's doing well now too w/Nancy.

    5. As I said, Paul did smoke a lot of weed during the seventies. I even heard Steve Tyler (of all people) mention it once! But he began to slow down in later years, and today despite his old age, he looks quite healthy.

    1. It think it is a personal choice. Some ladies like to take their husband's last name when they get married and others choose to keep their old name. I seem to find that when ladies get married later in life, once they have had a career established, they do not wish to change their name. I know that if I ever remarried, I would stay Sara Schmidt. I am established in my career field with that name and have published 2 books with that name.

    5. She does? I am always out of the loop! This is the first time I have herad that she now goes by McCartney. It is her choice. But it goes back to "Sara is lazy." I don't want to go and change ever single tag on this site. Maybe that is a project for another day.
