I believe she was the photographer. There is another photo from this day that features her brother John, Paul, John and Yoko, Allen Klein and Ringo and Maureen, all in one photo. I wonder if they were taken before John unloaded his bombshell statement? (MarkZapp)
When Paul referred back to this day, he remarked on how everyone's face dropped once John told them he was leaving. So by the looks on their faces here, it is certainly possible this pic was taken shortly after John's comment. If so, give Linda credit or having the presence of mind to take this pic when it seemed like the earth was caving in on all of them, including hers'. Sara, this day in Beatles history has always been one of the most fascinating for me, so THANK YOU for posting this pic.
Why on earth would Linda's world be caving in? I understand that Linda was supportive of Paul through some of the unhappiest times in his life but that is extreme.
