Tumbling mullet curls, clogs, a bow tie necklace, no shirt, and a silk scarf. What could possibly be wrong with this look? Nothing, in my book, but my sense of humor remains whimsical. But I have to ask: What the h is Linda's jacket made of? Human hair?
