Amazon has placed the hardback edition of "Dear Beatle People: The Story of the Beatles North American Fan Club" on sale. The regular price is $69, but they currently have it marked down to $52. I had nothing to do with this. From what I read online if a book is selling well, Amazon will mark it down in price. The price can go back up anytime without notice, so I wanted to spread the word about this sale while it is there.
I should still get the same $5 per book that I receive at the regular price. I include my affiliate link below so that I can get another dollar or so.
Again -- no pressure to buy my book. I just want to spread the word.
only 5 dollar per book?
ReplyDeleteThat is Amazon for you! They take a HUGE percentage of everything sold. I take home $5 per book when it is all said and done.
DeleteHow do you order in UK ?
ReplyDeleteIt should be available on the UK Amazon website. I was told that it was there. Let me know if it isn't so that I can let my publisher know.
DeleteCongrats!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the book Sara. Looking forward to it
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Very best wishes.
ReplyDeleteI just received your book in the mail today. It looks like part of another book got bound into it. The first thing I saw was a picture of a piece of broccoli with the caption, "This book belongs to:" When I flipped the page to the title page it says, "Where Does Broccoli Come From? A book of Vegetables" I didn't know what to expect next! But then came the title page for your book! I have browsed through the pages and I am really impressed, Sara. Looking forward to reading "Dear Beatle People." Congratulations, Sara on a job well done.
ReplyDeleteWhat??? That is funny! Broccoli? I have no idea what happened there. I guess you have a rare edition of the book. I am sure you can return it if you'd like. All that aside, thank you so much for your support. I hope you enjoy the book and learn something new.
DeleteHi Sara, I received your book, "Dear Beatle People: The Story of the Beatles North American Fan Club" today. But when I opened the book, I got a surprise. I was greeted by a broccoli sprout with the caption, "This book belongs to:" The next page, the title page says, "Where Does Broccoli Come From? A book of Vegetables." I breathed a sigh of relief when I turned the page and saw the actual title page! Anyway, I skimmed through the book and was extremely pleased with what I saw! Congratulations on a job well done!
