Same day perhaps?

 




I think the snapshot of Ringo with the fan was taken on February 11, 1968 -- the day The Beatles recorded Hey Bulldog because Ringo is wearing the same tie and dress shirt.  However -- it is possible it could have been a different day, and Ringo is just wearing the same tie.

    I think you’re right. He wore that same coat on February 11th
