January 11, 1972 - John and Yoko attend as observers for the trial against 6 black teenagers that were accused of murdering a New York City clothing store owner and injuring her husband. Even though they were just there to watch, the news had to get their reaction to the court hearings. (I wrote about this in May 2021 if you are interested in a little bit more info)
