The Beatles landed in Sweden on July 28, 1964 and played 4 shows in 2 days. Before the first concert...The Beatles were to be lowered near the stage by an elevator...which got stuck for 5 minutes. The photo shows them laughing after they got out. The microphones were not grounded properly...and McCartney received a shock. The next 2 shows were fine...but the police halted the 4th concert because kids stormed the stage during "I Wanna Be Your Man" The Beatles returned to the UK on July 30, 1964.
