  2. Looks like George was playing a Maton guitar in this pic! George was having his Gretsch Country Gentleman guitar repaired. He was given this guitar to use in the meantime. George used this particular guitar in July & August of 1963...including The Beatles last show at the Cavern on August 3, 1963. It was sold by Julien's Auctions in May 2015 for over $300,000!!!

  3. George is playing a guitar that is not familiar to me. Not one of his usual ones.

I had to look it up in Beatles' Gear = Maton Mastersound MS500 - He only used it in the summer of 1963

It sold at auction in 2015 for £373,000 ($485,000)

It was up for auction again in 2018

It actually sold for less in 2018, than it did in 2015
"The instrument was sold by the UK private collector at Gardiner Houlgate auctions in Corsham, Wiltshire on Wednesday September 12th 2018 for a hammer price of £280,000 but this rose to £347,200 with fees." That's a lot of fees!!!! :)

  5. It looks like Ringo is singing here, so it's probably "Boys". No mic for John? Did he have to share with Ringo?
