I had this photo with some others the Beatles leaving the Delmonico in 1964. I didn't think that was right, but I wasn't sure of the date. But now that you mention Alf Bicknell, it DOES look like him. Perhaps this photo is from the Warwick in 1965? John's lack of hat threw me off.
I think that's a NYC cop behind them. I think they are leaving the Warwick for the the Sullivan Theater. George is wearing the 1965 performance coat he wore on the show and it was the jacket that was stolen at the Cow Palace on August 31, 1965. Plus George's hair fits specifically for that period.
Any chance this could be from 1965? Somewhere in NYC? Is that Alk Bicknell in the photo?
