Seeing Paul during quarantine

I am sure most of you saw Paul last night on the "Together at Home" program on television.   He sang a very different version of "Lady Madonna" while sitting at the Mill Recording Studio's piano.   Was it his best performance?   No.    Was it the worst performance?  No.

For me, Paul was a welcome, happy sight to see.   The Beatles bring happiness into my life, as I am sure they also do for you.   Happiness is something I have been lacking the past month while I have been inside my home.    I have been keeping this site going because I know the Beatles bring all of us happiness.   So seeing Paul on television was refreshing, even if I didn't really care for this different version of Lady Madonna that he sang.

I have to remember how fortunate we really are that we still have Paul and Ringo with us.  That we live at a time where Paul will be on our TV sets once again during a difficult time for us all.   All I can say is "Thanks Paul."

  1. I think his performance was appropiate for an old man sitting in his home during a quarantine. I wouldn't expect a 'Wings Over America' level of energy and excitement. I love him and I was happy to see him last night. He is a beautiful, amazing old man.
