Yoko and the Paper Cranes
I thought this was a very interesting photograph. Here is Miss Yoko Ono in 1963 teaching children at a New York library how to do origami and make paper cranes. The children look really interested in what she is doing. While Yoko was making origami at a library, John was making musical history.

They both should have stuck with what they were doing!

ReplyDeleteHow can I get in touch with Yoko Ono for a short talk about her origami teaching in the 60's? I'm an editor of The Paper, the magazine of OrigamiUSA. Thanks
