For those outside of the UK, the chap far right is Jeffrey Archer. I believe when this photo was taken, he was an undergraduate at Oxford University, which is where tis photo was taken (Archer was at Brasenose College). In later years, Archer was a Conservative Member of Parliament, and was later disgraced and imprisoned for perjury in a libel case after he was reported to have used prostitutes. In short, not the sort one would want to be associated with!
