It is a guy who was the president of a Beatle fan club in the 1970's (not the offical club as it had disbanded in 1972). I scanned this from a newsletter. I can try to post the story that goes with it if there is any interest. I try to just stick to stories of meeting the Beatles, but I can break that rule for Mimi.
