Thats not 1972. It's summer (judging from the clothes) and Ringo had short pushed back hair in May/June and then he shaved his beard off completely and even shorter hair in August for "Son of Dracula" filming. It doesn't even match 1970 or 1971 either and certainly not 1973 (year of the Beatles perms) so I'm guessing its gotta be 1969 though it even looks weird for then. Strange one I'd love to know an exact date for!
