That looks like Ringo's "driver" Martin Lickert walking behind the Starkeys, who soon after was to appear alongside Ringo in Frank Zappa's "200 Motels" movie playing the role of "Jeff" (Simmons, the Mothers of Invention's bass player who quit the band just as shooting was about to begin. An exasperated Zappa announced "The next person who walks in the dressing room door gets to play Jeff" ...and that turned out to be Martin, who was on set tending to Ringo. Luckily, he already knew how to play bass!)
