I think the guy standing up is Tim Hudson. Also known as "Lord Tim of Liverpool." He was a DJ for KCBQ in San Diego and quite a character! I tell a very interesting story in my book and also an academic article I wrote for the Journal of San Diego History. It's easy to Google and look up.
