Ready for 1965 North American tour!

Wake up you sleepy Beatles---it is time to celebrate!
It is time to gear up to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles 1965 North American tour.   For the rest of August I will be posting photos and memories of those who saw the Beatles during this major tour of America.    The Beatles had less concert dates than in 1964, but played to much larger audiences.  

If YOU were at any of the 1965 American tour stops along the way and want to share your memories with us, PLEASE email me at meetthebeatlesforreal@gmail.com and I will be more than happy to share your memories of this amazing tour.     Just a reminder that if you saw the Beatles in concert, then you have a story to share!    Please don't think that your memories are unimportant or that no one cares, because we do!   This is Beatles history!


I know not everyone out there enjoys my anniversary posts of Beatles concerts, but I truly have a good time working on them and putting them together.  So I hope that those of you who aren't into the touring Beatle years, still stop by now and then.

I hope you all enjoy---I have been saving things for over 2 years to post during the next two weeks.

    These day by day posts, of the tours....they are incredible. Saracadabra, don't let anyone or anything get you down, if people comment, or don't comment.....believe me, it is VERY appreciated! (sometimes I don't comment, just because I know I have so many other great posts to get to!).

    And so it begins! Once again I will eagerly check each day to see pictures I haven't seen. (and to correctly date the ones I have!). It's a bigger anniversary for me this year, too, because Aug. 65 is when I was born. Thanks in advance for all the fun this is bound to be, and the uptight perfectionist archivist in me thanks you in advance for the help in sorting my photo collection better too!
