Relaxing Ringo

I am having a hard time determining if this is Ringo in Miami in Feb. 1964 or Ringo in Key West Florida in September 1964.    I am pretty sure it is Miami.      This photo was taken in Miami in February 1964 with Murray the K. sitting next to Ringo.   Thanks to everyone for the help!

    Hi Sara, it is Miami in February - there's Murray 'the K' Kaufman next to Ringo.
