It was 3:02 a.m. and the Beatles arrived in New York to the sight of about 3,000 fans waiting to see them. Paul and Ringo give a wave before they are taken off to the Delmonico Hotel.
I believe these are shots of the Beatles landing in Queens for their Forest Hills concert, after their short helicopter ride FROM the Delmonico in Manhattan.
Interesting....some of the photos were in a newspaper article about the Beatles landing in New York. But I did notice that the plane looked different than the onethey used throughout the tour.
