Does anyone know anything about the type of stuffed doll Paul is holding? It seems like fans in the mid 1960's were always throwing these type of dolls on the stage or giving them to the Beatles. What were they? Did they have a name? Were they somehow connected to the Beatles?
I've seen this photo, or one close to it, a million times, never noticed the doll. Isn't this is in the Hunter Davies book? Never noticed that doll!
ReplyDeleteIt seems to have a "mop", and a big long nose, maybe it's a Ringo? On the other hand, the doll's apparel is very UN-Beatles!!!!!!
