I have been dying to see this special again for years, it's one of the few things that's not on You Tube!
It was held in Bishopsgate, and I remember the host, John Fugelsang, asking if this was indeed the "Bishopsgate" from Mr. Kite, which it turned out it was. There's a short clip of it on You Tube, but not the full interview, which is too bad, it was a good one.
