I was just going to say: I think this is Nassau! And that means John, by his own admission on that very tarmac to dj Jerry G. Bishop, is "stoned"! (apparently, according to multiple sources, they spent the whole plane journey smoking pot, I think they even say that in the Anthology book). He sure looks it!
You can see in on the building in the background that is says, "Nassau, Bahamas." So this would be from the filming of Help in early 1965.
