Here are the Beatles with one of the female reporters that traveled around with them on tour, Judith Smith. She became friends with the Beatles and Ringo gave her the nickname "Judith Christ Superfag" due to the fact that was smoking all of the time.
I kinda doubt someone would have been nicknamed "Judith Christ Superfag" five years before "Jesus Christ Superstar" even existed ;-)
