If I'm not mistaken, judging by hair/clothes, this picture looks like it could have been taken just before or after John signed (and Yoko helped negotiate) the ABKCO vs. Apple settlement in January of 77.
Judging by the look on Allen's face, I'd guess it would be After.... ;-)
I'm assuming this must have been taken in January 1977, when John & Yoko signed the last contracts severing The Beatles' ties with Klein?
I'd imagine any pleasure Paul might have taken from being proved right about Klein was tempered by how much money he had to shell out to get rid of someone he never even wanted to hire!
