Ciao Sara, I was there in the same moment that day and in fact the girls you see are Giovanna (my dear friend to this very day) behind Ringo and Carolina (never heard from her ever since). After the round of autographs (there were 6 of us Italians that day outside the Dorchester Hotel) I asked Ringo's cigarette, and he gave it to me. It was almost finished, I still have it in some drawer in a little box along with some other memorabilia... :-)
