I know it's an old post (i'm digging into the archives! I only discovered this site this year!) but first, oh man, what a picture, and yes, I can imagine! Unfortunately, that's all I can imagine!
Having said that.....I believe this is actually a photo of fans getting their tickets to see A Hard Day's Night!! They appear to be at a movie theatre, and there's Hard Day's Night pictures all around the box office.
My grandmother always would tell me she took my aunts to see "A Hard Day's Night" multiple times and that girls were screaming and fainting in the movie theatre! She said you couldn't hear the movie! (This would have been on Long Island.) Still, she loved the movie, and particularly "If I Fell" and I have a great Christmas memory of being 8 years old, and "Hard Day's Night" was on TV very late, so she and my aunt stayed up and watched it with me. My uncle did a similar act of Beatle heroism for me years earlier, I remember being woken up in the middle of the night and as I rubbed my eyes, he told me to sit down and watch the TV. It was the very end of Don Kirshner's Rock Concert, and Del Shannon was playing "Runaway" (it was an oldie's themed show)...and then Hard Days Night came on right after, and I couldn't believe it.
But yeah, can you imagine, seeing it when it came out?!!!
