Paul and Lizzie

I hope Lizzie doesn't mind me sharing this photo. I really do enjoy seeing it! Paul is wearing his "anchor" shirt.

  1. Hi Sara, this photo was taken by my friend Lynda Neale and the copyright belongs to tracks.co.uk. I can't believe I used to walk around pretending to smoke (which I never did) just to look "cool". Teenagers... I had my hair in a pony tail.

  2. I think it is pretty normal to pretend to do things to look "cool" when you are a teenager. I HATE beer and always have. But when I was 18, I remember going to parties and holding a cup of beer and pouring it out in a bush now and then to look like I was drinking it. Now I think how silly that was!

  3. I used to buy Lark cigarettes - the kind John smoked - hoping that he would run out of his and ask me for one. Believe me, when you read my book you will be amazed at the amount of silly things I used to do!

  4. So much looking forward to the book! Lizzie, I hope you don`t forget that some fans are extremly obsessed with dates for photos, so if you could included these in your book I gonna buy it (ok, I lied, I`m gonna buy it anyway ;-) )

  6. Hey Lizzie - good to hear! If you happen to have some undated ones that you cannot narrow down don`t hesitate to ask - while most of us were not "there" back then there are always some good later-generation photo-dating-fans around! ;-)

  7. Ken is right. Some of us have the whole find the dates down to an art. We have records of facial hair and all sorts of goofy things. :)
