Causual Ringo and Barbra

I am not really sure what Ringo and Barbra are doing in this photo, or when or where it was even taken. From the look of it, they were involved in a charity that helps get milk and water to kids who need it.

    Ringo is a kid! I don't believe that he has about 70 years old...
