It's been a hard Day's Night

Sometimes you see a photo and you wonder exactly what is going on here. But this is all of the information I get: "From March 1964: Allison Clark of Williton Somerset meets the Beatles at Minehead railroad station, Somerset." Is Paul picking up that little girl and putting her on the train? Is he taking her off the train? Is that woman looking at the camera her mother? Whe is she just standing there?

  1. I wish we knew more about it! Maybe post them to some Beatle/Paul McCartney forums people might have more info on it? But she's a lucky girl whoever she is. And it looks like she hit Paul in the mouth in the second picture lol :)

  2. It´s funny but everybody seems to have fun there except for the little girl!
Why is Ringo holding her forehead?

  3. I know what is Ringo doing to her in the first picture? It looks like they are taking her off of the train. But it's weird looking. I've seen the 2nd one before but never seen the first one, it's such a confusing picture with not enough information.

  4. Well, they were filming A Hard Day's Night in March of '64. They were at Minehead Station definitley on the 3rd and 4th so I'd assume that's when they were taken. Probably just a lucky little girl who met the Beatles and got to have her pictures taken with them! It happened quite often, really. I'd also give it a safe guess that the woman in the second picture is the little girl's mother, she's touching her leg and is right beside her.

  5. I found an article for this picture (and a new photo of Ringo giving her a kiss to boot)! (: Thought I would share it!
