Who is the child in this photo?  Without seeing a face, I cannot tell if it is Zak.   

Tivvy meets the Beatles

In the mid-1960's kids in the UK liked the TV times mascot, a bird named Tivvy.    Tivvy had his own column in the magzine as well as  a fan club and a 45.  

 

Occasionally Tivvy would get to meet various people and the photographs would show up in the TV Times.   Such was the case on August 1, 1965 when Tivvy got to get some photos taken during the Beatles rehearsal for the Blackpool Night Out.     

It's time to put the puppet to bed

There are a lot of photos that show Ringo wearing this tie.   I am pretty sure that he is wearing it in the photos of when his daughter, Lee was born in 1970.   Maybe with that strange puppet thing on his hand, these photos were taken when he was leaving or arriving at the hospital?   Not sure.
