Ringo and Marilyn

I have seen the top photo go around on social media, and people are trying to figure out who is talking to Ringo.  I have seen guesses such as "random fan,"  "Mrs. Beasley (that one made me laugh), a nurse, someone's mom..."   Well, you can stop guessing because the answer is in the photograph: it is reporter Marilyn Doerfler, who traveled with the Beatles.
