Interesting....I had no idea that any airport ever banned the fans from saying hello or goodbye to the boys. It obviously wasn't a ban that stuck. They said that they were banned from sending them off to Paris in 1965, but I we know that the fans were back at the airport to welcome them back home from America in 1966. Heathrow Airport did get the brunt of the fans antics. I guess by mid 1965, they were getting tired of dealing with them.
