Paul famous accident

Who knew that a moped, the moon and a doctor stinking of gin would become an important part of Paul McCartney's life history?   

*to the person that is going to comment:  Yes I am aware that I am using the tag "car accident" when it was a moped accident.* 

The car accident

February 28, 1972 -  George and Pattie are in a bad car accident.  Thankfully they both survived and were about to heal from their injuries.   

John, George, and Ringo have all been in serious can accidents that caused them to be hospitalized.  Paul had his moped accident, but I don't recall any big car accidents for him.
