I know Norman is not a well-liked Beatles writer and an extremely controversial author. However, I would like to hear what he had to say about his latest book on George. From the things I have heard so far, it sounds like it is full of the same old gossip we already know (how George lost his virginity in Hamburg, his feelings for Maureen, Eric and Pattie, etc etc). There are so few books about George written that I want to read this one. Although I am the person who read the Albert Goldman book on John and ended up deciding that John Lennon was my favorite Beatle, I don't shy away from controversial Beatles books.
